Hello and welcome to Key Explorers!
My name is KayLynn Redman, and I am honored to be the Director of Key Explorers.
I have always had a passion for working with children, I began my career in childcare 9.5 years ago and have been blessed to work with children from infancy through 12 years of age.
I completed my degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018. I love preschool and taught it for a few years before moving to the administrative side of things. There, I found a new passion for implementing new curricula and helping foster a love for teaching in my staff. I was a director at a facility in Laramie, Wyoming, from 2020 to 2024 before moving to Cheyenne in January 2024, and I have loved the opportunity to work with the children and families of Key Explorers.
I grew up in a family that loved the outdoors, so when I’m not at work, you can find me outside. I love camping, fishing, football, and riding my horses. I have a miniature Australian Shepherd, Tripp, that I take on all my adventures.
I am committed to providing the best care for your children and providing a safe environment for them to learn and grow. With the amazing teachers here at Key Explorers, I am confident that your child will leave us fully prepared for all that school has to offer!
